PAST PROJECT

Project: Angel Tree - Jesus is the Reason for the Season!
Project Participants: Lynette Clewley, Janet Paulk, Renee Rushing, Emory & Karen Sena, and Karen Stewart
This year, in addition to its own members in need, Fountain of Life
helped bring some Christmas joy to the children of families in two other
churches. Karen begins the Angel Tree gift sorting.
Renee joins in and helps sort the gifts from around the Angel Tree.
Lynette moves the Angel Tree gifts into the church
where they are organized by family.
Lynette and Janet match gifts numbers with the family numbers in each
pew.
Emory bags up the gifts for each child.
After all the gifts are bagged, another group of volunteers will deliver
the presents to the other churches for distribution.
The Men's Mercy Ministry would like to thank Karen Stewart for coordinating this project and a give a huge "Thank You" to all the FOL members who took the time to purchase Angel Tree gifts for the children of families experiencing financial difficulties this year. Your efforts not only bring a smile to a child on Christmas morning, they also help spread the Gospel of our Lord, as we celebrate His birth!
